Are your products internal or external?
We like to call them external/hybrid. With us you get the best of both worlds - security of an external and performance/smoothness of an internal. We also plan to offer DMA products in the future.
Can I pay with *X*?
We only support card payments at the moment.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, under certain conditions you are entitled to a refund. Create a ticket to initiate the process!
I purchased a subscription. What to do next?
You need to download the HYPERVISION Client which is used to inject the products. You can download it from the dashboard. Check the Getting Started guide for a complete walkthrough!
Does the software show on my stream?
HYPERVISION is invisible on most streaming software making it an ideal choice for content creators!
What is the "Extra Device Subscription"?
For an additional fee you can have 2 device slots for your account. This allows quick switch between computers without needing to reset your HWID all the time. Please note that you cannot share your account with another person or play on 2 computers at the same time, otherwise your HYPERVISION account will be permanently restricted.
Slot System
I can't buy. It says "No slots remaining"?
To ensure safety of our products and keep support response times quicker we have decided to limit our userbase. If you get "no slots remaining" message when trying to purchase, it means that there are no available slots for that product currently.
When will new slots be opened?
A new slot opens whenever one of our users doesn't renew their subscription - so slots can open at any time.
How do I know when new slots have opened? Can I get a notification?
There is no notification system. You need to manually check periodically.
How many slots are there in total?
We don't share this information publicly, also the slot count can change from time to time.
How do I make sure I don't lose my slot?
Your HV subscription renews automatically by default. However if you've removed your payment method, canceled your subscription or there is a problem with the payment, your subscription will expire and you risk losing your slot. If your subscription expires, renew it as soon as possible to keep your slot.
